Delete Your Mahabba Account

You can ask us to permanently delete your Mahabba account and the personal data linked to it at any time.

Option 1: delete inside the app (instant)

Open the Mahabba app and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab and scroll to the bottom.
Tap Hapus Akun (Delete Account), then confirm Hapus Permanen.

Your account and data are deleted from our server immediately.

Option 2: request deletion by email

If you can no longer use the app:

Send an email to info.sagatra@gmail.com.
Use the subject "Delete Mahabba Account".
Send it from the email address you use to sign in, so we can verify the account is yours. We may reply with a short confirmation question.

We will process your email request and delete your data within 30 days, and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your account: email address and name.
Optional profile details you entered: phone number, gender, place and date of birth.
Your device notification tokens linked to the account.
Any one-time sign-in codes.
Your profile photo, if one was uploaded.

What may be kept

Technical server logs, kept only for a limited period for security and then rotated and deleted automatically.
Data that we are legally required to retain, if any.

Data on your device

Your reading progress, bookmarks, trackers, and settings are stored only on your device. To remove them, clear the app's storage in your device settings or uninstall the app. Uninstalling the app does not by itself delete your account; please send the request above.

After deletion, you can still use the app by registering again with the same or another email address, but your previous account data cannot be recovered.
